Terms & Conditions – Monil Technologies (IT Services)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of IT services, computer repair, networking, and related solutions offered by Monil Technologies (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services, you (“client,” “customer,” or “you”) agree to the following terms:


1. Service Scope

  • We provide IT services including but not limited to computer repair, hardware support, networking, servers, firewalls, WiFi, data backup, AMC, and IT consultation.

  • Any service not explicitly mentioned in the work order or quotation will be considered additional and may incur extra charges.


2. Service Charges & Payments

  • Service charges are as per quotation, proposal, or agreed rate card.

  • No Repair = No Charge applies only if no work is completed. Diagnostic fees may apply in certain cases.

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may attract interest or service suspension.


3. Warranty on Services & Parts

  • Warranty (if applicable) covers only the repaired/replaced part or service provided.

  • Warranty does not cover accidental damage, physical damage, electrical surges, liquid damage, or issues caused by third-party intervention.

  • Software installation, virus removal, and data recovery services are not covered under warranty.


4. Data & Confidentiality

  • Customers are responsible for backing up their data before handing over devices.

  • We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or confidentiality breach during repair or service.

  • We ensure customer information and credentials are handled with care and will not be shared without consent.


5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate details of the issue and necessary access to devices, systems, and sites.

  • Ensure proper licenses for operating systems and software.

  • Maintain safe working conditions at the site (electricity, environment, access).


6. Limitation of Liability

  • Repairs are performed at the customer’s risk. Weak or damaged parts/circuits/cables may fail during service, for which we are not responsible.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, downtime, or business interruptions.


7. Service Delivery

  • Service delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to part availability, third-party dependencies, or technical challenges.

  • Remote support will be provided only if internet connectivity and access are available at the client’s end.


8. Third-Party Products & Licenses

  • Software licenses, warranties, or third-party products are subject to their respective vendor policies.

  • Monil Technologies is not responsible for vendor warranty refusals or license restrictions.


9. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Service cancellations must be informed before work starts.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will only be for advance payments for services not rendered.

  • Once service is completed or part is installed, no refunds will be issued.


10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
